A troubled severely autistic 9-year-old boy brutally murders his father, his older brother and his girlfriend and is sent to an institution for the criminally insane where he gets therapy from an eccentric but friendly therapist. However, the boy soon becomes consumed by obsessions and a mute which backfires the therapy. His mother commits suicide and his younger sister is sent to an orphanage. 22 years later, the once severely autistic boy has become an obsessed fysical and mental broken and mute man who however escapes from the mental institution. The therapist and his sister try to find him before he commits any damage against the ones who locked him away and destroyed his life.
